So you want to know more about me...

The paragraph that most dread to write and I am no different, because the truth is I am just like you, human. On my journey, which, for those interested I have detailed below, I have probably experienced everything you can of imagined. The doubts, the nerves and the excitement that comes with change and progress. When you read the below from the outside looking in, it might sound like it was a smooth ride but trust me, it wasn't without its dark moments and bumps along the way. Most importantly I couldn't have done it without help and guidance from good people around me. I had some amazing mentors which I owe so much gratitude to and that brings me to why I am here. In amongst all my professional journey I discovered that I have huge passion for helping people. It became one of the things that motivated and excited me the most in every job I did. Through this process I developed a more structure framework for aspiring professionals navigate both life and the working world and supporting businesses with their growth, leadership and strategy planning. I would like nothing more than to see others achieve success no matter what success defined by for that individual or business. 

My path and my journey...

I am a psychology graduate who happened to fall into a marketing and & E-commerce role and back then I had no idea I was going to embark on this journey. I just kept working hard, learning, and giving 120% during everything it threw at me. Before I knew it, I find myself here sitting back and reflecting on my achievements...

At age of 23 I found myself managing a marketing department for a pure play e-commerce retailer generating over £200m of revenue 

At 25/26 I was working for an agency and leading not only marketing strategies for some of the UK & Europe’s largest retailers but also managing technology teams, tech projects and consulting global brands wanting to be become more digitally led. 

At the age of 27 I then became Marketing Director for the Hut Group a fast-growing global e-commerce group the health and beauty industries. Here I managed a team of over 120 people in various locations generating revenues in over 50 territories worldwide helping them along their way to one of the biggest IPO's the UK has seen in a long time.

By time I was 29 I was head hunted to join a board of directors as CMO for a private equity backed business in order to drive its growth through digital transformation and put data at the heart of the organisation.

Three years into that journey I lead the groups strategy as well as the technology, marketing, digital & data functions under the remit of Chief Digital & Strategy Officer.

Since then I have helped founders and businesses grow through a range of services from advisory, mentorship and non executive positions on boards. My most recent exec position was at The Modern Milkman as Chief Growth and Commercial Officer
